Acceptance
By using the Florish mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Service.
User Obligations
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content, features, and functionality in the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Florish or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimers
The app is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Florish, its affiliates, or their licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the app.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
